ATV WATERFALL TOUR
A MUST-DO TOUR OF RURAL COSTA RICA!
This is an incredible adventure of off-roading and tropical scenery. Travel through dirt roads, rivers and small towns to a private waterfall where you can climb to the top and jump into the natural pool below… If you have never done this before, this tour is a Must-Do!
- Must be 18 years old with a valid driver's license to operate an ATV
- Additional charge for larger vehicles.
LOCATION
- Starting location is 15 minutes from Jaco.
- Transportation is included (Jaco, Hermosa & Los Sueños).
PRIVATE TOUR TIMES
- This is a PRIVATE Tour for your group only
- Schedule your start time between 8am and 1pm.
- Total duration is approximately 4 hours. Including stops at waterfall etc.
WHAT TO BRING
- A credit card (Visa or MasterCard Only) is required to place a damage deposit hold.
- Wear running shoes (best option). Do Not wear open sandals or flip flops!
- Your shoes and clothes will get wet and dirty.
- Comfortable jeans, pants, swimsuit or shorts.
- Put your phone in a waterproof bag to keep mud, water and dirt off it.
- A few bucks to buy a beer or soda, and tips for the guides.

No experience is necessary. Friendly and professional bilingual guides will provide you with a local perspective, safety training, and get you outfitted with all the necessary equipment for your ride.

LOCATION
- Starting location is 15 minutes from Jaco.

- Scheduled start times are between 8am and 3pm and run every hour on the hour.
- Pick up from your house or condo is 20-30 minutes prior to your scheduled tour start time.
- Duration of this tour is approximately 2 hours.
WHAT TO BRING
- Wear running shoes or strapped sandals. Do Not wear flip flops or they could fall off!
- Comfortable jeans or shorts, with a t-shirt. You will be wearing a harness over your clothes.
- Bug spray and or sun block if you feel these are necessary.
- If you bring a camera or your phone, it is recommended that you use a wrist strap to secure it from falling.
- A photo CD or USB drive will be available for purchase, with pictures of your group taken by the in-house photographer.
- A few bucks to tip the guides.
WHITE WATER RAFTING TOUR
White Water Rafting near Jaco Beach Costa Rica
Experience the thrill of white water rafting through Costa Rica’s lush tropical jungle and scenic rain forest. Both the Naranjo River and Savegre River are among the most beautiful landscapes in the country as they border Manuel Antonio National Park with pristine river water, palm tree farms and small towns.
Base camp is located approximately 60 minutes from Jaco Beach and Los Sueños, and although transportation to the site is not included in the listed price, we will organize this for you at a very reasonable rate ($25/person) for your group of 6 or more people
- Price varies depending on season and river used. This will be confirmed in advance at the time of booking.
- Transportation is not included. Price is $25/person with a minimum of 6 people.

LOCATION
- Starting location (base camp) is approximately 1 hour from Jaco.
- Additional travel time to the top of the river is provided by the tour operator.
TOUR TIMES
- Scheduled start times (at base camp) are usually either at 8am or at approximately 12 noon. Times may vary a little depending on conditions.
- Pick up from your house or condo in Jaco is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes prior to scheduled start time.
- Duration of this tour (including travel time from base camp to the top of the river) is approximately 4 hours.

WATERFALL RAPPELING & ZIPLINE CANYONING
NATURAL ADVENTURE TOUR!
Approximately 20 minutes from Jaco. Latest and safest gear from the USA. After orientation, hike with a naturalist guide into the canyon [20 minutes]. At the top of a 300’ waterfall you will begin your descent by rappeling down the face of 4 waterfalls from 60-90 feet each! Then “zip-out” on 2 long Canopy Ziplines.

SURF LESSONS
Different surf lessons for different levels of surfers:
When you visit Jaco Beach, learning how to surf is one of the top experiences in the area. Experience the thrill of standing on your surfboard usually within the first lesson! Jaco Beach is well known for many attractions including a tropical paradise for surfing. The beach is long with uncrowded waves and the town is laid-back, with an authentic Pura Vida vibe.
All beginners surf lessons start out on the beach with an introduction to water safety, how to paddle, popping up, standing on the board and ocean awareness which will teach you how to read the waves. Once the basics are covered you will be hosted at all times by an instructor while in the ocean.
- 1 instructor per 2 or 3 students.
- Surfboard rental with leash and rash guard (UV shirt) included for your lesson.
- Outside of lessons, surfboard rentals available per day at reasonable rates.

- Starting location is on Jaco beach at the South end of town.

- Scheduled start times are between 6am and 3pm but are always dependant on the tide cycle.
- Pick up from your house or condo is approximately 20 minutes prior to your scheduled start time.

- Bathing suit or board shorts.
- Towel and dry clothes if you want to change after the lesson.
- Sun block and or zinc cream for your nose and face. Depending on weather conditions you could be in the sun for quite some time.

CROCODILE TOUR
AN INCREDIBLE RIVER, JUNGLE & SAFARI TOUR!
The Tarcoles river is known for hosting some of the worlds largest crocodiles in the world… this tour begins with a bilingual guide at the Tarcoles River marina. After an incredible crocodile feeding show, the boat will continue it’s journey down river where you will see a large variety of birds and reptiles.
- Public tour runs twice per day.
- Crocodile feeding and bird watching from covered boat.

TORTUGA ISLAND PUBLIC DAY TOUR

Approximately 1 hour from Jaco Beach, Manuel Antonio is the most popular National Park in Costa Rica with nature hikes, wildlife, and pristine white sand beaches. Careful with your bananas when you hang out on the beach, monkeys have been known help themselves to your lunch!

We offer you a tour that starts at our property where two small freshwater rivers meet by canal that is surrounded by beautiful vegetation and animals. High Nine Wet and Wild Adventure
This tour starts with a beautiful climb, crossing through the streams and mountain ridges, passing directly into the heart of the rainforest. This gentle hike brings your group to the top of the mountain at the birthplace of the river point known as “La Naciente.” After reaching the launch point, it’s time to harness up for an 80 m (260 ft) zipline that places you on a platform in the middle of a giant waterfall.
Next up is a rappel down three exhilarating and magnificent waterfalls. In the course of rappelling you will have a chance to experience our Via Ferrata (cable climb) and an amazing Monkey Drop (controlled free fall).
Then it’s back to flight as you strap in to enjoy the two longest zip lines in the park, and the longest in the Central Pacific area – over 2,000 ft long. This last zipline will take over one minute to safely land you on to the last platform located at The Park Grill.
Now it’s time to celebrate this amazing adventure with friends over cool beverages and some great Costa Rican food!

Horseback Riding Tour
Hop on up amigos! Saddle up on our gentle and beautiful horseback riding tour in Jaco! Our loved and well cared for Costa Rican stepping horses have been trained to carry our visitors gently through the river valley, along the foothills of the forested mountains.
Upon reaching the hillside, you will take one of many stops for a moment to enjoy the breathtaking views of this spectacular private reserve.
