From mansions, downtown properties in the middle of the party, to beachfront houses we have places to fit your group’s budget and needs.

Do not get stuck in a property that is far away from the action, a second rate house, resort or a property that is located in a quiet and gated family community as it will put a damper on the whole vibe of your getaway. That is why we do not recommend staying in Hermosa Beach as its far downtown Jaco and more of a family atmosphere. Yes there are nice houses in Hermosa Beach that are less expensive but there is a reason for that….you get what you pay for as Hermosa Beach is not a great place for guys groups who come to party.

Most of our Jaco Beach vacation rentals come complete with bars, pools, leisure areas, and close to all of the places where visitors want to keep the party going all night long. Each of our properties is specifically designed to host groups coming to Jaco, making them the ideal place to throw your bachelor or bachelorette party. Many of the vacation villas we offer have a private party room/disco included as part of the property. This is ideal if you want to hire a DJ and have the feeling of a real disco/club at your property. For the villas that do not have a dedicated party room, the main living room area is the perfect option as well.

WHEN YOU ARRIVE TO COSTA RICA

The best place to arrive is Juan Santamaria International Airport (SJO).  After going through immigration and picking up your luggage there will be someone outside the airport after you exit the airport waiting for you — They will have the name of your group leader on a sign who you will find easily.  He will call your recent model van or minibus for your group and they will arrive in minutes.  Once on your transfer you will head to Jaco Beach which is about 1 hour and 20 minutes away with normal traffic.  On the way you will make a quick stop at Crocodile Bridge (if daylight) to see a lot of Crocodiles both big and small and if lucky you will see some up to 20 feet.  If arriving at night tell your concierge you want to stop at Crocodile Bridge on your way back to the airport as who doesn’t want to see a lot of crocodiles?   
 

CHECK-IN AND MEET YOUR VIP CONCIERGE
